For Windows:
If you are trying to install a software and are unable to do so, check if you have administrative rights to the system.
Quickest way to check user rights:
Right click mouse on the date appearing on the right hand corner of the taskbar.
Click on Adjust Date/Time.
If you dont have the Administrative rights you will get an error message specifying it, else you will be able to see the controls that let you change the date and time settings of the computer.
Contact the FW IT helpdesk office to get Administrator rights if you need them else we will install your software for you.
